This is our most popular session. Four tiers:

	WHISKEY DIVERSITY Tier:  STANDARD 5 whiskies from reputable brands: Scotch, Irish, bourbon, Japanese, and a wild card. These expressions have been selected to provide you with a wide range of aroma profiles to compare, helping you having a better grasp at the diversity of whiskey and your own taste.
	WHISKEY DIVERSITY Tier: PREMIUM 5 Higher-end whiskies, up to 14 years old: Scotch, Irish, Bourbon, Japanese, and a wild card. These expressions have been selected to provide you with a wide range of aroma profiles to compare, helping you having a better grasp at the diversity of whiskey and your own taste.
	WHISKEY DIVERSITY Tier: PREMIUM PLUS 5 High-end whiskies, up to 18 years old: Scotch, Irish, bourbon, Japanese, and a wild card. These expressions have been selected to provide you with a wide range of aroma profiles to compare, helping you having a better grasp at the diversity of whiskey and your own taste.
	WHISKEY DIVERSITY Tier: VIPLimited to 10 participants max. 5 rare whiskies / collectibles. Very exclusive, these expressions are almost impossible to find and are highly rated. Scotch, bourbon, Japanese, and others

BOURBON

Participants will enjoy 5 bourbons from various makers. Four tiers:

	BOURBON Tier:  STANDARD 5 Bourbons from reputable makers, all with a different profile: you will learn how bourbon is produced, and why they taste differently.
	BOURBON Tier: PREMIUM 5 Higher-end bourbons. The selection will feature Blanton’s original single barrel, and others in a selection helping you experience how the making influences the taste. You will refine your bourbon knowledge and your taste.
	BOURBON Tier: PREMIUM PLUS 5 High-end bourbons,hard to find and highly praised. The selection will feature Blanton’s Gold Edition single barrel and others in a selection helping you experience how the making influences the taste. You will refine your bourbon knowledge and your taste.
	BOURBON Tier: VIPLimited to 10 participants max. 5 rare / collectibles bourbons. Very exclusive, these expressions are almost impossible to find and are highly rated. the selection includes Blanton’s Straigth from the barrel, Weller 12 years old and Stagg Jr.

	GIN  Tier: PREMIUM 5 Premium gins from various countries (France, Japan, India, America) of different aroma profiles. They are great sipping gins and you may surprise yourself loving some of them without any tonic.
	COGNAC Tier: PREMIUM Experience 5 Premium Cognacs VSOP illustrating the diversity of this “liquor of the gods”. Learn the making process, how to nose and tasted, and enjoy!
	COGNAC Tier: PREMIUM PLUS Experience 5 Cognacs high-end, most XOs, that includes a 25 years old cognac. You will taste these beautiful expressions with your French guide who knows well the makers. Learn the making process, how to nose and tasted, and enjoy!
	TEQUILA MASTERCLASS Tier: PREMIUM Agave spirits are trending high: you will experience four Super-premium sipping tequilas and one Mezcal, and you will learn how the making process influences these different expressions.
	WINE TASTING: 3 x 750ml bottles FRENCH WINES or NEW WORLD WINES (Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Oregon)  Get immersed in a very innovative and interactive session led by our highly skilled and fun sommelier, and enjoy three different expressions. Tier: STANDARD – Youthful, classic wines that showcase the purity of their terroir. Tier: PREMIUM – Premium wines from acclaimed appellations, perfectly matured. Tier: PREMIUM PLUS – Iconic wines by eminent producers from the best wine regions

How does this work?

The objective is to create an attractive “get together” moment with your family, friends or residential building, around a fun and informative tasting to create a casual interaction and share a memorable experience.

Setting up the date in advance is critical to ensure maximum participation. For online sessions, participants receive a tasting kit beforehand and a support to tasting is sent two days prior. For in-person sessions, we bring all the glassware, whiskies, and pedagogical material.

We start the session by a fun ice-breaker, then there is a light education of the whiskey making process, followed by a tasting guidance. The samples are experienced and commented and there is all along a high level of casual interaction that creates a joyful atmosphere where participants feel comfortable and very open to share their thoughts. They all describe a memorable, fun and relaxing time.

If you prefer, as an individual or as a couple, you can get private lessons:
Each lesson is tailored to your need, with clear definition of the aim. Typically, requests are around:

• Learn how to taste whiskey, understand personal taste
• Learn the different whiskies (Scotch, Bourbon, Tennessee, single malts, blended, others, …) and identify preferences
• Assess own level and expand: “what is my level, how can I improve”

The new knowledge acquisition and practical tasting are always combined for the best benefit of the students.
